Bruce's Distillery Bar sits in the heart of the distillery in Milton Keynes. It's named after Bruce - my dog.
Open every Friday 7:15pm - 10pm (ealier if there's no tour bookings, check socials to find out) & Saturday 2:30-10pm.
Every cocktail is built with rum, gin, or liqueur we made a few feet from where you're sitting.
The menu changes with the seasons: classics done properly, a handful of new builds we've earned the right to try, and three soft cocktails that drink like cocktails, not lemonade.
