We've partnered with Home Farm MK, who ethically source exquisite honey from hives nestled throughout our beautiful region. As the seasons change, so too do the blossoms, and with them, the subtle flavour profile of their honey. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our liqueur embraces this natural variation, meaning each small batch offers a truly unique and exciting seasonal nuance – a testament to real honey's dynamic character.

To create this delightful liqueur, we carefully blend this exceptional local honey with both our smooth Landlocked English White Rum and a touch of our characterful Spiced Rum. The result is a rich, sweet, and beautifully balanced liqueur where the genuine, floral notes of honey take centre stage, complemented by a whisper of warmth from our spices.

Handcrafted Quality: Made from scratch using our signature Landlocked White & Spiced Rums, blended with local honey from Home Farm MK.

Locally Sourced Honey: We use honey from the fantastic Home Farm MK, based just up the road from us in Bradwell. They have hives all around Milton Keynes with bees using the in season, local crops.

Bold and Intense Flavour: The flavour of the liqueur will change with each batch as the honey changes. You see, real honey doesn't always taste the same. As the crops the bess are using changes so does the flavour.
