Challenge 25 Policy

As responsible purveyors of delightful spirits, we kindly ask our delivery partners to enforce our Challenge 25 policy. If you look younger than 25, they may request a peek at your ID upon delivery. Don't worry, it's just their way of making sure our precious liquids are enjoyed responsibly.

Delivery Services & Free Shipping

At Three Counties Spirits Co, we aim to provide you with the best shipping options to ensure your spirits reach you safely and promptly.

  • Carrier Choice: For all orders, you will be given the option to choose between Royal Mail and DPD services at checkout. Rates are calculated based on the service selected and your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 when you spend £80 or over. This reliable option is automatically applied at checkout once your basket reaches the threshold.

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of placement from Monday to Friday. We do our best to ship orders on the same day when placed before our 2 pm cutoff time.

Delivery Times

While we wish we could guarantee specific delivery times, our delivery partners, Royal Mail and DPD, are responsible for the actual transit. However, we are committed to getting your spirits to you as swiftly as possible.

Local Pickup

For local customers, we offer a convenient pickup option. You can visit our distillery at Unit 3, 37-39 Simpson Road, Fenny Stratford, MK1 1BA, to collect your order. Please refer to the confirmation email sent upon order placement for comprehensive pickup details. We aim to have your order ready on the same day, within 48 hours of your order from Monday to Friday. Please wait for the confirmation email that your order is ready to collect before heading to the distillery.
