So full of flavour it should be a crime.

I was asked so many times if I ever considered a spiced orange rum that I didn't make one, but I did make a Tangerine Rum. I like orange, but I love the flavour of tangerine and Mandarin. This spirit is so multi dimensional, when you smell it you get fresh zest, when you drink it you get that intense tangerine and the after taste is almost like marmalade.

I hand zest tangerines and infuse those fine zesty bits into pure distillate. I then hand juice them and made a caramel from the juice with cast sugar. This is what gives that marmalade edge. I then blend these with pure Landlocked Rum distillate and our second spiced rum to create this unique, flavour bomb!
