What to expect on a distillery tour
- A guided tasting through the full rum or gin range — check your booking to see which — with an in-depth talk on how we make each one
- Nibbles to help soak up some of the delicious small batch booze (let us know about any allergies when you book)
- A sneak peek at whatever secret project we're working on
- Tours run 1hr 15 - then the doors to Bruce's Bar open and your first cocktail's on us
- 10% off any purchases you make on the day

Named after Bruce - my dog. Every cocktail here is built with rum, gin or liqueur we made a few feet from where you're sitting.
Your tour ticket gets your first cocktail on us, then it's the full menu.
Unrivalled access, one small distillery
This is the only scratch distillery in Milton Keynes, and you'll spend the tour with our founder and distiller, Luke - former chef and restaurateur turned rum obsessive. He'll tell you why we run a No Bull$sh!t Spirits policy, and what it actually means for what ends up in your glass.
Good to know
Do I need to book the bar separately?
No. Once the tour finishes, walk straight through - your table and first cocktail are already covered.
Can I just come for the bar, no tour?
Yes, but not until the tour's finished - the bar doesn't open its doors to non-tour guests while a tour is running. Walk in from 2:15pm on Saturdays, or 7:15pm on Fridays. You won't get the tour discount or free cocktail without a tour ticket, but the full menu's open to everyone from those times.
How do I know if a tour is gin or rum?
It's in the name when you pick your date — each one's listed as either a "Gin Tour" or "Rum Tour" so you know exactly what you're booking before you check out.
When do gin tours start?
Grid & Grove gin is live to buy online from 18 September, but gin tours specifically start Friday 2 October — that's when we begin alternating gin and rum tours week to week. Until then, all tours are rum tours as normal.
