I Built This From a Professional Kitchen, Not a Boardroom.
I spent years cooking in Michelin-starred kitchens for Marcus Wareing and Heston Blumenthal. I decided I wanted to make spirits that tasted of something. So I sourced raw molasses, watched YouTube tutorials, built a still, and started from zero in a unit in Fenny Stratford.
Every batch is made by me, from raw ingredients. No bought-in base spirit. No shortcuts in the liquid — the same way there were no shortcuts in the kitchen.

The distillery is open every Saturday 1-3 for our tours. The perfect time to come & try our range of scratch made rums. You'll even get 10% off if you find one you want in a big bottle! Bookings only.
Can't make the tour? Bruce's Distillery Bar is open 3-9pm every Saturday for cocktails & tasters.
