This promotional offer ("Offer") is operated by Three Counties Spirits Co Limited (the "Promoter"). By participating in this Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Duration

1.1. The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
1.2. Duration: The Offer runs from 00:01 GMT on November 24th 2025 until 00:01 GMT on December 24th 2025 of the promotional year. Purchases made outside of this period will not qualify. 1.3. Applicable Products: The Offer applies exclusively to the following products (when purchased in 700ml or 500ml sizes as listed):
* Landlocked English Rums (700ml bottles only)
* Gin 17•09 (700ml bottles only)
* Liqueurs (700ml bottles only)
* Cocktails (500ml bottles only)

2. Offer Mechanics and Tiers

2.1. The "Forget Black Friday, Support Small" Multi-Save is a tiered discount structure applied automatically at the basket when qualifying volumes of the applicable products (listed in Section 1.3) are purchased in a single transaction.
2.2. The discount tiers are based on the total number of qualifying bottles purchased:

• Purchase 2 Bottles: 15% discount applied to the total price of the qualifying products.
• Purchase 3 Bottles: 20% discount applied to the total price of the qualifying products.
• Purchase 4 Bottles or More: 25% discount applied to the total price of the qualifying products.
  2.3. The discount is only applicable to the qualifying products in the basket and does not apply to delivery costs or non-qualifying products.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

3.1. No Stacking: This Offer cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other promotional code, voucher, subscription discount, or offer. Only one discount method may be applied per single transaction.
3.2. Limited Stock: This Offer is subject to product availability. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer with immediate effect if stock runs out, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
3.3. Abuse of Offer: The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the discount or cancel any order deemed to be exploiting or abusing the Offer mechanics.

4. Returns and Cancellations (Mixed Bundles)

4.1. The Forget Black Friday Multi-Save Offer is only valid when the entire qualifying order is returned. Partial returns of bundled items are not accepted.
4.2. To qualify for a refund, the customer must return the entire Multi-Save order (all qualifying bottles purchased in the transaction, whether Rums, Gin, Liqueurs, or Cocktails) to the Promoter.
4.3. All returned bottles must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition. The return must be initiated and received by the Promoter within 7 days of the original order date.
4.4. Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid for the products after the application of the relevant discount tier, provided all conditions above are met.

5. General Terms

5.1. The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating to this Offer shall be final.
5.2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
