Join us in our Fenny Stratford distillery and see where we create our range of Landlocked English Rum, Dialled Cold Brew liqueur and Three Counties Cocktails. The tour begins with a quick introduction to our co-founder and distiller Luke and the short history of the distillery. We then take you on a journey from fermenting molasses, to double distilling our flavour packed rum and finishing with our flavoured spirits. All the while sampling our full range of Landlocked English Rums, Dialled Cold Brew Liqueur and a few secret projects we might have running at the time. We'll finish the tour with a cocktail and a chance to chat with Luke and ask any questions you might have.

Where and when.
- Three Counties Spirits Co, Unit 3 37-39 Simpson Road, Fenny Stratford, MK1 1BA (we're tucked behind the vets next to the train station.
- 1pm to 3pm and 7pm to 9pm, select the tour date and time of your choice from the drop down

- Simply purchase as many of these tickets as you like. Spaces are limited for each tour so they won't last long.

We booked the 7pm tour along with 6 of our friends. Luke welcomed us and showed us through to the distillery. There were already labelled rum samples set out with a bit of info on the various rums and some nibbles on the tables. Luke gave us an insight into his background and what prompted him to start his business. He then explained the process of rum making and how he chose the various flavours in front of us. We sampled the various rums after learning a bit about them and finished with one of his cocktails. It was fun and informative and the rum was delicious. Even better it's very local to us and is currently a bit of a hidden gem.
Great night had learning about how rum is made. Luke was willing to share almost all his secrets. Was a great evening
A warm welcome was received when I arrived at the workshop. Luke gave a great background to how he got to his rum distillery business and then an interesting explanation on the rum making process. All along we had shots of the rum, which was some of the best I have ever had. The Tangerine Rum was a surprise hit. To end the session we had a tangerine daiquiri, a cocktail to die for. There is an opportunity to purchase the rum at the end and I bought a bottle of the pineapple rum and a bottle of tangerine rum. If you get a chance to go on the workshop do so, it is a great way to spend the evening with someone passionate about what they do.

We recently visited and had a wonderful experience. We had a seated tasting & tour which was full of interesting information.
We enjoyed trying different spirits at a leisurely pace and visiting. There were small snacks and water provided. The rums themselves were absolutely delicious. You can really taste the difference from the high quality ingredients and several flavors were a bit unique. The light spiced rum was an absolute favorite as it's a little different than other spiced rums we had tried.
