Piña Colada

If you like rain but not yoga and have half a brain, this could be for you! 

Ok it's a cheesy reference but it's what I sing every time I hear the name Piña Colada. I don't know about you but when I think of them I have a flash back to holiday pool bars, with a plastic cup full of a slushy like consistency and way too much sugar. So this is a little lighter and more enjoyable as a martini style drink. 

A blend of our Landlocked English White Rum with coconut syrup (lighter and more drinkable that coconut cream) and clarified pineapple juice. This creates a wonderful, flavour packed tropical delight. Top it off with some sparkling wine for a cheeky little treat! 

Simply shake or stir with ice and enjoy!
