Through the Restaurateur Lens, a "Starter Pack" shouldn't just be an entry point—it should be a benchmark for quality. This duo represents the core of our Landlocked English Rum range: two 700ml bottles built from scratch, double-distilled in our stainless stills, and engineered for the Gastronome.
What’s inside the Larder:

1x Landlocked English Pineapple Rum (700ml | 42% ABV) 🍍🔥 Forget "pineapple flavouring." We take fresh pineapples, roast them over coals then chop the flesh by hand, and infuse it into a homemade pineapple caramel for seven days. This is then strained and blended into our base rum. It’s rich, authentic, and carries the natural acidity of the fruit. No neon yellow, just pure Culinary Precision.

1x Landlocked English Spiced Rum (700ml | 42% ABV) 🥃🧪 This is our "Waste Not" masterpiece. We macerate fresh spices directly into our 72% heart-cut base spirit to create an intense, spiced distillate. It’s designed to be sipped neat over ice, but for a long serve, it’s best paired with Schweppes Slimline Tonic to let the botanical layers breathe.
