Another on of my all time favourite drinks gets a huge upgrade by giving it a little twist.
I never thought you could improve the negroni. That was until I found this recipe online , gave it a try and had my mind blown. Not only are we adding a little Dialled Cold Brew Liqueur in place of some of the Campari but also switching the gin for our Landlocked English Navy Rum.
Recipe:
- 35ml Landlocked English Navy Rum
- 15ml Dialled Cold Brew Liqueur
- 15ml Campari
- 35ml Sweet Vermouth
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass along with a load of ice. Give it a good stir for about 20 seconds before straining into a rocks glass filled with ice. Don't mess with it, just enjoy it.
Top Tip. Not a fan of overproof spirits? Just swap out the Navy rum for our classic Landlocked English White Rum.
