Welcome to our world
Our story starts at the beginning of 2023 with our founder Luke wanting to use his experience as a chef and restaurateur to create something special. With a passion for flavour, quality and a great experience Luke set about creating a small distillery on the edge of Milton Keynes.

Small batch spirits, by hand
Our founder Luke uses his experience in some of the best kitchens in the UK to create our small batch spirits by hand. Starting by fermenting sugarcane molasses nice and slowly for two weeks. Then double distilling this ferment to create a delicious base rum spirt. This spirit then goes into everything we currently make. From our Landlocked English Rums, our Cocktails, our range of Cold Brew Coffee Liqueurs and even our Gin.

Flavour first
Flavour lies at the heart of everyting we do at Three Counties Spirits Co. Using Luke's background in kitchens he focuses on making each of our products taste the best he can. Using only whole ingredients and no artificial chemical flavourings we want you to enjoy the drink knowing it's not full of nasties.

What's next for Three Counties Sprits Co?
We have aspirations to be a multi spirit distillery. We plan to produce our English Rum, a vodka style spirit, an English Whiskey in the style of Bourbon and grow our unique gin into a full scale product. We also plan to bring Luke's passion for hospitality and a great guest experience to life through our drinks. Which will come next?
