Espresso Martini

The most popular cocktail on my old bars and I bet on all bars across the land! 

Yes the espresso martini whether you love it or hate is insanely popular. As a coffee lover I'm on board with it but it has to have the right balance of sugar. I've seen and drank them without sugar added and it's not a great experience. The classic recipe is getting getting a huge upgrade throwing the vodka in the toilet where it belongs and bringing some flavour with our rum. This is the perfect way to blend our Landlocked English White Rum and Dialled Cold Brew Liqueur, along with espresso and sugar.

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with ice and shake for about 20 seconds. Double strain through a regular cocktail strainer and cocktail sieve into your favourite glass. Let the foam settle and enjoy! Don't ruin it with three coffee beans that no one enjoys eating! 

Top Tips. 

  • Switch out the white rum for our Spiced or Dark Spiced rums for a little something different. 
  • Don't buy sugar syrup, just mix equal weights of boiling water and white sugar. For another little twist use Demerara sugar instead if white.
