Mojito

Let's be honest, it's just a Daiquiri with mint and a little added sparkle but it tastes soooo good! 

Purists will say that a mojito should be built from scratch in a tall glass with pebbled ice. Well I say that's all well and good but sometimes you just want a delicious drink at home that doesn't require a full cocktail bar setup. So here we have it, a blend of Landlocked English White Rum with sugar syrup, clarified lime juice and a few dashes of mint bitters. 

We always recommend adding a little fresh mint for a little pop if you have it and top it off with soda, if you have it. If not you can just enjoy this fresh delight just like you would a daiquiri. 

Just shake or stir with ice and some fresh mint and top with a little fizz.
