Spiced White Fenny

This is like creating the best tasting cream liqueur fresh every time!
We all think of cream liqueur as being a Christmas treat but this take on a classic White Russian needs to be in your drinks rotation all year. A delicious combination of our Landlocked English Spiced Rum with our Dialled Cold Brew Liqueur, all topped with double cream.
Recipe:
- 35ml Landlocked English Spiced Rum
- 35ml Dialled Cold Brew Liqueur
- 35ml Double Cream
Method
- Add the Landlocked English Spiced Rum and the Dialled Cold Brew Liqueur to a rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice and give it a gentle stir. Float your cream over the rum and liqueur. It might look like it's splitting but this is ok, just give it a mix to combine everything and it will come together.
Top Tip. Try to get some air into the cream to help it float on top of the drink. If your pot of cream is new you can just give it a little shake or just add it to a bowl or jug and give it a little whisk with a fork.
