Tangerine Daiquiri

As if a daiquiri didn't have enough zest we've upped our game with this twist on the classic!
Our Landlocked English Tangerine Rum is bursting with zesty flavour and it works perfectly in this twist on the classic daiquiri. We're blending our zesty rum with the classic sugar syrup and lime juice.
Recipe:
- 50ml Landlocked English Tangerine Rum
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker with some ice and give it a good shake for 20 seconds. Strain into your favourite glass, here I'm using a Nick and Nora and finish with a twist of orange.
Top Tip. Make your own sugar syrup by combining equal parts of boiling water and white sugar. Mix until the sugar has combined then leave to cool before using.
