Meet the Makers & Mixers: Spotlight on Our Cocktails

Get ready to tantalise your taste buds! At Cocktails at Canal St on May 29th, we'll be showcasing some truly special concoctions, all crafted with our very own Landlocked English Rums, Gin 17•09 and the rich, dark notes of Dialled Cold Brew Liqueur. We're passionate about creating drinks that not only taste amazing but look great too. Here's a sneak peek at a couple of the stars of the evening:

The Pineapple Fruit Cup: Get ready for a taste of sunshine in a glass! This vibrant and refreshing cocktail is a delicious blend of our very own Landlocked English Pineapple Rum and the zesty notes of our Landlocked English Tangerine Rum, perfectly balanced with the subtle spice of Angostura bitters and the rich sweetness of sweet vermouth. We then top it off with a lively mix of ginger ale and cola, served tall over plenty of ice and packed with at least two of your five a day! Think vibrant, fruity, and utterly irresistible.

The Bramble: Going back to my roots with this one! The Bramble is one of the very first cocktails I ever learned to make, and it remains a timeless favourite. We take our own beautifully balanced Gin 17•09, with its unique blend of botanicals, and shake it with fresh lemon juice and a touch of simple sugar syrup. The magic happens with a luscious drizzle of crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur) that creates stunning purple swirls and adds a deep, fruity complexity. It's tart, sweet, and utterly delicious.
