Collection: Dining at The Distillery

One of the best Rums I have ever had just right.

I usually dodge spiced rum because the options produced by major distilleries often have a prominent taste of artificial vanilla, which is not what I would call "spiced". However when I tried the tangerine spiced rum, I could taste a great variety of real spices with a fantastic tangerine flavour tying them all together.

This is a top quality rum, and I'm looking forward to trying the other options from the distillery, and seeing what else they have in store for the future!

With a bottle in the cupboard already I opted for the poly pouch on the Shop Small 20% off deal & put it in a competitors empty bottle! Love this stuff…..

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Luke was a great host and the rums were fantastic. We would definitely recommend the tour to others. It is great value for money too!

A most enjoyable evening hosted by a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable Luke the owner, chief cook and bottle washer. Excellent rum and treated to a lovely cocktail at the end of the tasting .

Attended one of Luke's Rum making educational sessions recently with friends. Luke gave us a great 2 hours of interesting chat on Rum production, and the challenges and fun of his startup Rum business. Obviously we got to taste his collection of different Rums and were not dissappointed. Great way to spend a couple of hours.

Beautifully blended rum. I’ve had it with coke - which because of the cola flavouring of it already gave it a real depth. Even put it in an espresso martini and it worked very well!

I was very excited to see this rum pop into my emails. It is very green (perfect for Halloween!) but also tastes fantastic 😄
