The Story
This is a night out without leaving the house.
You get a bottle of our Pineapple Rum and a bottle of Dialled, our cold brew coffee liqueur. You also get the recipe cards for the two drinks I make most at Bruce's Bar: a Pineapple Daiquiri and a Cold Brew Martini. You don't need any fancy kit. A shaker helps; a jam jar with a lid does the job.
Choose the decaf Dialled if the evening's going late. Bought separately, they're £70. Together, they're £63.

The process
I start with raw molasses — the same base ingredient used to make Caribbean rum, fermented from scratch here in Fenny Stratford. No bought-in base spirit. No concentrate. The molasses ferments for 14 days, creating a wash I then double-distil through our modern, stainless steel pot still.
