The Story
If you're buying for someone who likes rum, this is the safe bet that doesn't feel like one.
The White is clean and bright, the one for mixing. The Pineapple is made with hand-roasted pineapples, and it's the one most people end up coming back for. The Dark Spiced is deep and warming, for sipping slowly once everyone else has gone to bed.
All three are distilled and blended here in Bletchley, at 42%. Bought separately, they're £120. Together, they're £108.

The process
I start with raw molasses — the same base ingredient used to make Caribbean rum, fermented from scratch here in Fenny Stratford. No bought-in base spirit. No concentrate. The molasses ferments for 14 days, creating a wash I then double-distil through our modern, stainless steel pot still.
