Is this Mai Tai very sweet?
No. While it contains sugar syrup and orgeat, the quantity is carefully controlled to balance the strength of the triple rum blend and the sharpness of the clarified lime. It's perfectly balanced, not sticky.
Can I use my own dark rum for the float?
While you can, we designed the recipe to pair perfectly with the unique spice profile of our Landlocked English Dark Spiced Rum for the best results.
