This promotional offer ("Offer") is operated by Three Counties Spirits Co Ltd (the "Promoter"). By participating in this Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
1.2. The Offer applies exclusively to products within the Three Counties Cocktails Collection. All other spirits, liqueurs, merchandise, and accessories are excluded.

2. Offer Mechanics and Tiers

2.1. The Proper Pour Multi-Save is a tiered discount structure applied automatically at the basket when qualifying volumes of Three Counties Cocktails are purchased in a single transaction.
2.2. The discount tiers are as follows:

• Purchase 2 Bottles: 15% discount applied to the total price of the cocktails.
• Purchase 3 Bottles: 20% discount applied to the total price of the cocktails.
• Purchase 4 Bottles or More: 25% discount applied to the total price of the cocktails.
  2.3. The discount is only applicable to the Three Counties Cocktails in the basket and does not apply to delivery costs or non-qualifying products.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

3.1. The Proper Pour Multi-Save Offer cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other promotional code, voucher, offer, or discount. Only one discount method may be applied per single transaction.
3.2. Limited Stock: This Offer is subject to product availability. Due to limited initial stock, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer with immediate effect if the stock runs out.
3.3. Abuse of Offer: The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the discount or cancel any order deemed to be exploiting or abusing the Offer mechanics.

4. Returns and Cancellations

4.1. The Proper Pour Multi-Save Offer is only valid when the entire qualifying order is returned. Partial returns of bundled items are not accepted.
4.2. To qualify for a refund, the customer must return the entire Multi-Save order (all bottles purchased in the transaction) to the Promoter.
4.3. All returned bottles must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition. The return must be initiated and received by the Promoter within 7 days of the original order date.
4.4. Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid for the products after the application of the relevant discount tier, provided all conditions above are met.

5. General Terms

5.1. Duration: The Proper Pour Multi-Save Offer is ongoing but the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
5.2. The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating to this Offer shall be final.
5.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
