While we are masters of English Rum, our "Restaurateur Lens" means we appreciate a classic done right. The Boulevardier is the ultimate "Industry Insider" choice—a darker, weightier alternative to the Negroni that replaces gin’s botanical lift with the rich, oaky warmth of Buffalo Trace Bourbon.
We follow the golden rule of equal measures, marrying the caramel and vanilla notes of the bourbon with the iconic bitter-herbaceous punch of Campari and the elegant, dried-fruit complexity of Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth. It’s a cocktail of perfect symmetry: bitter, sweet, and spirited. Meticulously blended to be bar-standard from the moment you crack the seal.
The Serve: This is a drink that demands a chill. Pour 100ml into a mixing glass with plenty of ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a wide strip of orange peel, expressing the oils over the surface for that essential citrus aroma.

How many servings are in a 500ml bottle?
A standard, bar-quality serve for a Boulevardier is 100ml, giving you 5 perfectly measured cocktails per bottle.
What makes the Boulevardier different from a Negroni?
The structure is the same, but the soul is different. By swapping gin for Buffalo Trace Bourbon, the drink moves away from floral botanicals and toward rich notes of caramel, oak, and spice. It’s a much "warmer" drink.
Should I shake or stir this cocktail?
Always stir. Shaking adds too much aeration and tiny ice shards which cloud the drink and thin out the silky texture. A 30-second stir with ice is all you need for the perfect dilution.
