Clover Club

The Grid & Grove Clover Club: Raspberry, Gin and a Silky Foam.

The Clover Club is named after a Philadelphia gentlemen's club from before Prohibition. Ours uses Grid & Grove Grid Forty Seven, lemon we clarify in-house and raspberry syrup. We swap the egg white for foaming bitters, so you still get the classic silky head with no egg.

Just shake hard with ice for 25 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe. Perfect for celebrations and anyone who thinks gin can't be fun.
