The Cosmopolitan, Reimagined and Balanced.
Often ruined by excess sugar, our Cosmo is a celebration of balance and quality. We blend premium vodka with our own scratch-distilled Landlocked English Tangerine Rum (in place of traditional Cointreau) for a bright, citrus backbone. This is meticulously married with crisp cranberry juice, clarified lime juice, and just a touch of sugar syrup. The result is a vibrant, sophisticated pink cocktail that’s tart, refreshing, and far from the overly sweet versions you find elsewhere.
Shake or stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. A little lime twist will always elevate this to new levels of elegance!
