The French Martini, Re-polished.
Usually synonymous with heavy froth and sweetness, we’ve used our "Restaurateur Lens" to give this modern classic a sleek, culinary makeover. We start with a clean, premium vodka and blend it with the luxurious, dark berry notes of Chambord—the iconic French black raspberry liqueur.
The secret to this version is our house-clarified pineapple juice. By stripping away the pulp and fiber, we’re left with a crystal-clear liquid that carries the intense, tropical aroma of pineapple but with a much more elegant, silky texture on the tongue. It is vibrant, berry-forward, and perfectly balanced. This is a "Waste Not" approach to flavor—focused, refined, and far more sophisticated than the version you’re used to.
The Serve: For a classic finish, shake 100ml with plenty of ice for 15 seconds to get it ice-cold. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. While our clarified version is naturally sleeker, a hard shake will still provide a delicate, tight micro-foam. Garnish with a single fresh raspberry.

Faqs about our French martini
Why isn’t it frothy in the bottle?
The "froth" in a French Martini comes from the proteins in pineapple juice being aerated. Because we use clarified juice, the drink is much clearer and more elegant. However, if you shake it hard with ice before serving, you will still achieve a beautiful, silky head on the drink.
What does "Clarified Pineapple" mean?
We filter the fresh pineapple juice to remove the solids. This leaves us with a clear, golden nectar that has a much more refined mouthfeel while keeping that signature tropical punch.
Is it very sweet?
The Chambord provides a rich, jammy raspberry sweetness, but we’ve balanced it against the clean bite of the vodka and the natural acidity of the clarified pineapple. It’s designed to be a balanced, easy-drinking luxury.
