Description
A Three Counties Twist on a Titan.
This is a Margarita with a "Culture Rebel" soul. While the classic recipe relies on generic orange liqueurs, we’ve looked through our "Restaurateur Lens" to create something far more interesting. We’ve replaced the traditional triple sec with our very own Landlocked English Tangerine Rum.
Crafted from scratch in Milton Keynes, the tangerine rum provides a bright, aromatic citrus backbone that dances perfectly with the earthy, peppery notes of premium Blanco Tequila. By using house-clarified lime juice, we’ve ensured the cocktail is crystal clear and silky on the palate, with a sharp acidic snap that isn't masked by pulp. It’s balanced, bold, and carries the unmistakable signature of the Three Counties still.
The Serve: To experience it at its best, shake 100ml with plenty of ice for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a fresh salt rim. Garnish with a thin wheel of lime or a dehydrated tangerine slice to mirror the botanicals in the rum.

Why use Tangerine Rum instead of Cointreau?
Cointreau is a classic, but our Landlocked Tangerine Rum adds an extra layer of "Scratch Integrity." It’s a rum-based citrus spirit, meaning it brings a subtle warmth and a more complex, zestier tangerine profile that pairs beautifully with agave.
Why is the Margarita clear?
We use "Culinary Precision" to clarify our lime juice. This removes the solids while keeping the vibrant acidity, resulting in a cocktail that looks as sharp as it tastes and has a much more elegant mouthfeel.
Do I need to add salt?
The cocktail is balanced to be enjoyed as-is, but a salt rim is highly recommended! The salt acts as a flavor enhancer, making the citrus notes of the tangerine and lime really sing.
