Penicillin

The Grid & Grove Penicillin: Local Honey, Ginger and Gentle Heat.

The Penicillin is a modern classic, usually made with Scotch. We've rebuilt it around Grid & Grove The Hearth London Dry Gin, which carries honey and ginger beautifully. The real star is our homemade honey-ginger syrup, made with locally sourced honey from Home Farm MK. With lemon we clarify in-house, the result is soothing, spicy and bright all at once.

Just shake with ice and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Perfect for cold evenings and anyone who likes a little warmth in their glass.
