The Story
Three proper-sized tasters for someone who wants to try more than a mini, without committing to a full bottle.
You get 200ml each of the Pineapple, the Dark Spiced and the Tangerine. That's enough to taste neat, and to make a couple of drinks with each one. When they've picked a favourite, the full bottle is waiting.

The process
I start with raw molasses — the same base ingredient used to make Caribbean rum, fermented from scratch here in Fenny Stratford. No bought-in base spirit. No concentrate. The molasses ferments for 14 days, creating a wash I then double-distil through our modern, stainless steel pot still.
