Our unique double-shaking method (you'll see it in the video!) creates a rich, velvety mouthfeel that sets this cocktail apart. The Sabot Recipe:

45ml Gin 17•09

22.5ml Landlocked English Tangerine Rum

22.5ml Fresh lemon juice

10ml Rich sugar syrup

A few drops of foaming bitters

Fizz of your choice (Prosecco, sparkling wine, or even soda water)

Method:

Add all ingredients except the fizz to a shaker.

Shake with ice until thoroughly chilled.

Discard the ice, then shake again for 10-15 seconds to achieve a beautiful frothy texture.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Gently top with your preferred fizz.
