Say hello to the drink of summer 2024!
I recently saw this combination online and thought I just had to give it a try. Part of me was skeptical, the part that enjoys a really good gin or rum and tonic. Luckily the other part of me, the part that likes to explore new things won over.
This is like the best iced coffee you'll ever have. The blend of the sweetness and intensity of the Veloura Cold Brew Liqueur with the almost bitterness and fizz of the tonic is mine blowing! It's so refreshing and insanely moorish. What's even better is that with the liqueur only being 19.1% abv, you can have a few without getting smashed and feeling rough the next day. Perfect for the summer and those all day barbecues.
The recipe couldn't be simpler and would be an insult to you reading this to write it out. So just take your favourite glass, fill it with ice, add your chosen amount of Veloura Cold Brew Liqueur (mine's 50ml) and top with tonic!
