Gin Flight Box

Not sure which Grid & Grove expression is yours — or where Gin 17·09 fits next to them? Don't guess. The Flight Box gives you all six gins we make, 50ml each, so you can work through the whole range before committing to a full 700ml bottle of any one.

It's built for exactly one job: helping you find your gin before you buy a full bottle of the wrong one.

What's in the box?

• The H-V Axis — the classic — a proper London Dry, built to work in everything.
• The Hearth — the smoky one — the same London Dry backbone, turned up.
• Heavy Gauge — the strong one — 57% Navy Strength, big flavour that lasts.
• The Sweet Spot — the sweet one — an Old Tom finished with local honey.
• Grid Forty Seven — the floral one — 47%, layered with citrus and berry.
• Gin 17·09 — the unusual one — a gin distilled from our own rum.

How it's made

Each of the six gins in the box is made the same way everywhere except the botanicals: 24-hour maceration, then distilled through our 50-litre pot still, with Gin 17·09 the one exception — it starts from our own rum rather than a neutral base. Tasting them side by side is the fastest way to see how differently the same equipment can be pointed.

Why it's different

It's the only product we make that isn't really about one gin — it's built to show you the differences between all six, side by side, including Gin 17·09, which doesn't appear in any of the other Grid & Grove formats.
